What happens after you register
From registration to clocking in for the first time
After submitting, you see Registration submitted. You receive a confirmation email only if your company has enabled it.
- The administrator checks your details and documents.
- After approval, your account first has the status In afwachting (pending).
- Your account is released when the required checks are complete. Some suppliers require an additional identity check.
Cannot log in or clock in yet? Read the message on screen. Ask your supervisor if you need help.
A registration that has not been approved is cleared after 28 days. For rejected registrations, this period starts on the rejection date.
