Issuing and returning equipment
Record PDAs, batteries and fuel cards
- In Assetbeheer, open Uitgave and choose what you are issuing.
- Scan the driver’s p-number and follow the steps on screen. Check the assigned items under Deze bezorger.
- For returns, open Inname and scan the item. Check the confirmation and any remaining items.
For a damaged PDA, select Schade noteren and enter a note before scanning. If an error appears, check what was recorded before scanning again.
