WWDS B.V. uses your details and document photos only to verify your identity and your right to work, and for access to the workplace.
At work you are required to carry a valid ID and show it during an inspection. Without a valid ID, access may be refused.
No BSN (citizen service number) and no home address: this form deliberately does not ask for them.
If your registration is rejected or left unprocessed, your data and photos are automatically deleted within 28 days.
You can access, correct or request deletion of your data. The full Dutch texts prevail.
