What the message means and what you can do
Do you see Barcode not available? The reason is shown below it. The most common reasons:
- Your registration has not been released yet. Wait until the administrator is done.
- Your account is not active. Ask your supervisor.
- Your ID or work permit has expired or is unknown. Update your details via Update details.
- Your employer is still missing documents. You cannot fix this yourself; your employer has to arrange it.
A document block is intended to prevent new clock-ins. If you cannot clock out, tell your supervisor immediately so your end time can be recorded.
