Scanning your document does not work
Tips when the camera does not recognise your document
- Hold the document still and completely inside the yellow frame, in good light.
- Still not working? Type the document number.
- After 3 failed attempts you have to wait 15 minutes.
- No document number of yours in the system yet? Then the app asks you to add it first. Then click Save and continue.
Keeps failing? Report to your supervisor.
