Messages when scanning
What the clock-in screen shows and what to do
The clock-in screen is in Dutch. The messages mean:
- Welkom: clocked in.
- Tot ziens: clocked out.
- Al gescand: the same person was just scanned. Wait a moment.
- Onbekende pas: the code is not in the register. Send the person to a supervisor.
- Geen toegang: the account has not been released yet or is not active.
- Niet toegestaan: a valid document is missing. Document check needed.
- Screenshot of opname?: the barcode is too old. See this explanation.
- Ongeldige barcode: the barcode does not come from the app or is damaged.
- Oude barcode: an old, fixed barcode. The employee must open the app again.
