Someone scans an old barcode
Screenshot of opname? means the scanned barcode is outside its allowed time window. This can also happen when a screen has not updated. The message alone is not evidence of misuse.
- Ask the employee to reopen the barcode in the app.
- Check that the name and photo match the person, then scan the current code.
- If the message keeps appearing, ask the administrator to investigate.
The rejection is recorded. Check the situation before drawing conclusions.
