Which data we ask for

When you register we ask for your name, contact details, date of birth, country of origin, your ID document and a selfie. If you come from outside the EU, also your work permit.

We need these to check that it is really you at the gate, and that you are allowed to work here. We do not ask for your BSN (citizen service number) or your address when you register.

A registration that has not been approved is cleared after 28 days. For rejections, this period starts on the rejection date. See the privacy notice for retention periods, access to and correction of your data. The terms are separate.
