Expired documents
ID, work permit and supplier documents that are (about to) expire
The Verloopoverzicht (expiry overview) shows which documents expire soon or have already expired. Filter by 30, 60 or 90 days.
The employee also sees a message in the app, such as Your ID document expires in … days, with a button to update their details.
Once a document has expired, the employee can no longer open a barcode and the clock-in screen refuses the scan with Niet toegestaan (not allowed). A document block is intended to prevent new clock-ins. If you cannot clock out, tell your supervisor immediately so your end time can be recorded.
